RETURNS

Have confidence in ordering with 4pawparadise.com, if you are dissatisfied with ANY of our products, you may return the item for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the dog bed less shipping costs. In the event that you need to return a product, please contact us for return instructions. Returns on items will be accepted within 30 days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping, handling or freight charges.

WARRANTIES

All items are warrented directly by the manufacturers. 4 Paw Paradise is not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s). Items which are reported defective within 30 days of receipt will be replaced or if requested, a refund will be issued. Claims reported after 30 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of 4 Paw Paradise at no charge.

Shipping

In the Continental United States, Orders under $100 are charged $14.99 for Shipping. For Orders over $100, shipping is free. This only applies to beds in the Discount  and Orthopedic Bed category. Designer Dog Bed orders will be charged $19.99 for shipping.

We normally ship all in stock items within 5 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are usually shipped via UPS and actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS Zone. (in most cases it averages 5-10 business days from the day that the order was placed) Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon it's arrival in our warehouse.

Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. Some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks weeks due to color, style, size or other unforeseen circumstance. In this circumstance, a note will show next to the product. We will contact you if items are backordered and customers will be notified if item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available.
 

Shipping and Handling charges are based on merchandise totals BEFORE any discounts. If the order is under 3 lbs. we will ship via FEDEX Ground, if it is above 3 lbs. the order will be shipped via UPS Ground.

 

Shipping outside the Continental United States.

All orders outside the United States will be charged an extra shipping fee of $29.99. Please contact us with your bed of interest and location we will inform you of any other shipping costs.
 

TAX

We sell out of California, therefore a 8.25% tax will be charged to your order. 

BACKORDERS

In the rare instance that an item is on backorder after you have placed an order with us, we will notify you within 48 hours of the order and find the best resolution for the order.
